The Toshiba Surveillix® EVR Series sets the standard in fault tolerant, high definition recording. With a chassis engineered for enhanced airflow allowing maximum heat dissipation, available internal RAID 5 HDD capabilities and redundant power supplies, the EVR Series is designed for maximum uptime. In the event a problem does occur, field replaceable hard drives and power supplies allow replacement of the failed components without ever having to remove the EVR from the customer site or even turn off the recorder. The EVR Series comes pre-configured to allow HDD storage expansion in the field without it needing to be returned to Toshiba for upgrading.

Each system includes a built-in RS-422 adapter supporting over 75 protocols and digital signature verification for tamper detection of exported video.
