Toshiba Adds French Speaking Staff for Tech Support in Canada
IRVINE, CA, December 5, 2005-- Toshiba Surveillance & IP Video Products Group, a business unit of Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc., today announced that it is adding bilingual support staff to provide technical assistance to French-speaking customers in Canada where Toshiba has experienced rapid sales growth for its video surveillance products.

"Our bilingual representatives will act as liaisons to our Canadian customers, providing troubleshooting and technical support in the language they are most comfortable communicating their needs in," said Sergio Collazo, National Sales & Marketing Manager, Toshiba Surveillance & IP Video Products .
